All components, parts, and accessories, including packaging, must be returned to process the refund, which will be applied to the original payment method or as store credit. Certain products may incur a restocking fee. Returns may take up to two weeks to process, not including transit times. For items purchased over 30 days ago, replacements or store credit may be offered. Modified items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for return eligibility. Sparkfun.com suggests using a trackable shipping method for returns to minimize the risk of loss or damage. As for the shipping policy, SparkFun is not responsible for extra charges once the package has been shipped.
